1. Acceptance of Terms

This document sets forth the terms governing your use of the website operated at https://schmidttransport.com (the “Site”) by Schmidt Brokerage INC, doing business as Schmidt Transport. By loading, browsing, or otherwise making use of the Site, you signify your agreement to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety. If you do not accept any part of these terms, you should discontinue use of the Site immediately.

References to one gender, or to the singular or plural, should be read as including the others where the context permits.

The Site makes use of cookies, consistent with the practices described in our Privacy Policy; continued use of the Site indicates your acceptance of that use. Cookies allow the Site to recognize returning visitors and to support certain interactive or personalized features. By posting a Comment, you grant Schmidt Transport a non-exclusive license to use, reproduce, adapt, and sub-license that Comment, in any medium or format, without further compensation to you.
 

6. Linking to the Site

6.1 Organizations Permitted to Link Without Prior Consent

The categories of organizations below may hyperlink to the Site without seeking our advance written permission:

• Governmental bodies;

• Search engine providers;

• News and media organizations;

• Operators of online business directories, provided they link to us in the same fashion used for other listed businesses; and

• Businesses accredited within a recognized rating or accreditation system — excluding charitable solicitation sites, charity shopping portals, and charitable fundraising platforms, which are not authorized to link to the Site.

We assume no responsibility for content appearing on any third-party website that links to us, and you agree to indemnify and hold us harmless from claims arising out of your own website. 9. Reservation of Rights

We may, at our discretion, request that any link (or all links) to the Site be removed, and you agree to comply promptly with such a request. We further reserve the right to modify these Terms and Conditions, along with our linking policy, at any time. Your continued maintenance of a link to the Site constitutes your ongoing acceptance of these terms as they may be amended.
 

10. Objecting to Links on the Site

If you encounter a link on the Site that you find objectionable, you may notify us at any time. While we will consider such requests, we are under no obligation to remove any particular link or to respond individually to every inquiry.

12.1 Opt-In Confirmation

Consent is collected prior to sending any messages. Upon opting in, subscribers receive the following confirmation:

“You have successfully been subscribed to messages from Schmidt Transport from this number. Message frequency may vary. Message and Data Rates may apply. Reply HELP for help. Reply STOP to unsubscribe.”
 

12.2 Opting Out

Replying STOP at any time will unsubscribe you, and you will receive the following confirmation:

“You have now been opted-out and will receive no further messages from Schmidt Transport’s from this number. Reply START to resubscribe.”
 

12.3 Requesting Help

Replying HELP will return the following message:

“For help, please call Schmidt Transport at (209) 445-3737. To opt-out, reply STOP.”
